Ashley Knight is a second-year MBA at Wharton where she is focused on the intersection of Finance and Environmental Sustainability. Last summer, Ashley interned on the investment team in Boston at Ara Partners, a private equity fund focused on decarbonization. Prior to Wharton, Ashley was a member of the investment team at Mercer in London and NYC where she focused on investment diligence for alternative investments and served as a Fellow at the World Economic Forum. Prior to Mercer, Ashley worked at Credit Suisse in Singapore as an Alternatives Product Specialist. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wellesley College where she graduated with honors and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). In her free time Ashley enjoys scuba diving (advanced PADI certified) and traveling (visited 80+ countries to date).
Iynna is a second-year MBA at Wharton, majoring in Finance and an investor at Moxxie Ventures, a seed VC fund. She was recognised as a 2022 top 55 rising VCs by Insider. Prior to Wharton, she worked for ERA, New York’s first and largest early-stage accelerator and seed VC, where she built and led the Global division supporting startups enter the US market. She also led Muhammad Yunus’ social impact global accelerator. She was previously a founding member and COO of Enza Academy, an edtech startup providing STEM and entrepreneurship education to underrepresented minority students to bridge the racial and socioeconomic gap in tech. She started her career at the United Nations. At Wharton, she is the UPenn Campus Lead for the MBA fund, a pre-seed institutional fund investing in Harvard, Penn, and Stanford-founded startups. Iynna graduated from Durham University with a Bachelor in International Relations and from NYU with a Master in International Development. She is from Cameroon and Madagascar, she lived and worked in London, Paris, Moscow, and Dakar. She is fluent in French, English, and Spanish.
Dan is a second-year MBA at Wharton. Last summer, he worked at Roark for the Summer of 2022. Prior to business school, Dan was a Private Equity Associate at The Carlyle Group. Before that, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Energy Group. At Wharton, Dan is the co-President of the Wharton Rugby Football Club and an active member of the Wharton Asian American Association of MBAs. Dan received a B.S. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Rice University.

Luis is a 2Y MBA. Prior to Wharton, Luis spent 3 years at Bain & Company where he was part of the company’s first Private Equity Group in Mexico City. He has conducted 15 commercial due diligence as part of his consulting job. In his spare time, Luis enjoys running, hiking and reading.

Previously, Rainbow was at McKinsey’s Life Sciences practice, where she helped bring one of the COVID-19 vaccines to market. She was also a PMM at Ruggable and the founder of Odyssey Notebooks. In her free time, she enjoys creating art and talking about her recent reads. Rainbow received her undergraduate degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Harvard University.

Prior to Wharton, Darrell worked in investment banking at J.P Morgan, private equity at Sorenson Capital, and tech at PDQ.com, a SaaS business owned by TA Associates. He completed his undergraduate education at Brigham Young University and majored in Finance. Outside of school, Darrell enjoys live music, and has been to over 50 concerts.
Sisi is a 2Y MBA student at Wharton, majoring in finance. Sisi is originally from China and went to undergrad in Macao. Before Wharton, she worked at Blackstone in New York. Her favorite experiences at Wharton so far have been traveling with classmates and modeling at the Penn Charity Fashion Show.

Prior to business school, Jack was a Senior Consultant at Keystone Strategy, an economic and strategy consultancy focused on problems at the intersection of business and technology. Sharon Pang is a second-year MBA at Wharton where she is focused on the intersection of Finance and Technology. Last summer, Sharon interned as a product manager at Amazon Web Services. Prior to Wharton, Sharon was a senior associate within the Portfolio Management Group at Goldman Sachs in NYC, where she managed multi-asset class portfolios for endowments and foundations. Prior to that, she worked at Glenmede, a boutique investment management firm, as a financial analyst. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tufts University where she graduated cum laude and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). She is also a certified mega former instructor.

Chetan is a 2Y MBA. Prior to that, he spent seven years managing mutual funds at Dimensional Fund Advisors and running the securities lending program. Additionally, Chetan ran for U.S. Congress in his home state of Texas. Chetan has worked with several campaigns and social impact organizations. He is currently working with the Urban League of Philadelphia, where he is helping them scale and launch a fund to make loans to entrepreneurs and homebuyers in underserved communities. Chetan graduated from Georgetown University with a B.S.F.S in International Economics. Chetan not only does not know how to ride a bike, he forgot how to ride a bike. The old saying “it’s like riding a bike” does not apply!

Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Courtney earned her B.S. from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a major in Business and a concentration in Information Systems. Nicolette Groen is a 2Y MBA student from Houston, TX who is studying Finance and Strategic Management at Wharton. Naomi is a Business, Energy, Environment, and Sustainability (BEES) major with a BA in International Manufacturing and Product Development from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. She came to Wharton committed to supporting founders who are addressing environmental and social sustainability issues through the lens of retail, consumer goods, and manufacturing. Naomi spent the summer at Alpaca, an early-stage VC fund in NYC, where she focused on the future of commerce enablement and supply chain transparency. Prior to Wharton she worked in the fashion industry in a supply chain capacity with a focus on circularity. Before matriculation, she also supported a pre-launch circular fashion startup called ClHu, developing a sustainability strategy and a go-to-market production plan. If you ever need coffee shop, workout class, or dog park recommendations, she’s your girl.

Meg majored in Political Science with a focus on global development at Yale University. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering for nonprofits, watching Philadelphia Eagles football, developing her film photography, and baking gluten-free treats.

Sofia started her career in consulting, working with top-tier private equity firms to carve out and set up new consumer businesses across Europe, the Americas, and Asia Pacific. Naomi is a 2Y MBA student majoring in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. She spent her summer in SF interning at Fin Capital, a fintech VC focused on B2B SaaS startups. Prior to Wharton, she worked as a Senior Consultant at EY-Parthenon in Israel, working closely with startups, entrepreneurs, and investing firms within the high-tech ecosystem. Before joining EY-Parthenon, she practiced law and then accounting, following which she became a Certified Lawyer and Certified Public Accountant. Naomi is an MBA fellow at Pear VC, a pre-seed/seed investing fund. She is also a Partner at Wharton Venture Partners, where she wrote her investment thesis on tokenizing real estate. Naomi is from Tel-Aviv Israel and holds a dual degree in Law (LL.B.) and Accounting (B.A.) from the Reichman University (IDC Herzliya). She is a Web3 enthusiast and enjoys cooking and baking her grandmothers’ Moroccan specialties.

Harjas was a part of the investment team at Accel in India from 2019 – 22 where he set up their sourcing engine and looked at both early and growth stage investments. He also helped consumer-tech portfolio companies with their product strategy and roadmaps during COVID. Prior to Accel, Harjas worked with Bain and focused on Telecom, Media, and Technology clients in India and US. He has an undergraduate degree in finance and investment from the University of Delhi, India. He is proud of the fact that he has begun to understand American Football. Harjas is a licensed scuba diver and loves to play and opine on anything cricket. In addition, he is secretly a nerd who loves to think about numbers, frameworks, and mental models.

Lambert is a 1Y MBA, originally from Jiangsu, China. Prior to Wharton, Lambert built a rich experience working in growth equity, consulting, and startup companies. He founded his own EdTech startup in Sydney and managed this company for five years before going back to China to start his professional career. Lambert graduated from the University of Sydney in Australia and has a strong interest in the future of mobility-related topics. He is also a big fan of traveling and stand-up comedy.

She was engaged in startup acquisition, launch of corporate and venture-backed startups, and led strategic development of a startup ecosystem in Foodtech and Mobility. During her career, Mila has been primarily focused on consumer-oriented digital products, such as food tech, fintech, logistics, and media. She spent her summer at TikTok in New York, working on optimizing sales of advertising products for small and medium businesses. Mila holds a BS and MS degrees in theoretical mathematics from Lomonosov MSU, she loves surfing, arthouse movies, and techno music.

Toluwase is a 2Y MBA Student at Wharton. Toluwase is a Nigerian-American, born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She studied Communications at Boston College for her undergraduate degree. Afterward, she worked as a Senior Producer and Account Manager in the Influencer Marketing industry. She is passionate about the creator economy and looks forward to the evolution of space.
